2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-for-a-Day uses artificial intelligence to generate images. AI systems may produce unexpected, inaccurate, or unsuitable results. We do not guarantee that generated content will meet your expectations or requirements. The AI may:

Produce images that differ from your prompt
Generate content with visual artifacts or errors
Create unexpected interpretations of your request
Occasionally fail to generate an image

3. Token Usage and Refund Policy

Tokens are consumed when you generate images. Tokens cannot be refunded if the AI produces results you find unsatisfactory, unexpected, or unsuitable for your purposes. This includes but is not limited to:

Images that don't match your expectations
Low quality or distorted outputs
Misinterpretation of prompts by the AI

Exception: If the system fails to generate any image due to a technical error on our end, please contact us at info@ai-for-a-day.com and we will investigate and may issue a refund or token credit at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate illegal, harmful, hateful, or discriminatory content
Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Produce deceptive deepfakes or misinformation
Harass, defame, or harm individuals
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to images you generate using the Service, subject to any applicable AI model usage terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with all applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-for-a-Day shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
